Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a private-duty client in Bridgewater, NJ. The role emphasizes compassionate, personalized care in a safe home environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, ADLs, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders as directed. Valid HHA certification and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey HHA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive the client’s vehicle.
• Current physical exam and required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Maintain client safety and comfort in the home.
• Drive the client using the client’s vehicle when required by the care plan.

Private-Duty Home Health Aide - Bridgewater

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a private-duty client in Bridgewater, NJ.

This is a consistent opportunity for an experienced HHA who enjoys providing compassionate, personalized care while helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Location: Bridgewater, NJ 08807
• Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, 9 AM-3 PM
• Pay: Starting at $19/hour
• Weekly Pay: Every Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Maintain the client's safety and comfort
• Drive the client using the client's vehicle when required by the care plan

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to drive the client using the client's vehicle
• Current physical exam
• PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray as required
• Previous HHA experience preferred
