Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide one-on-one private-duty care for a client in New Brunswick, NJ.

This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay every Friday, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to drive the client using the client’s vehicle when required.
• Current physical examination.
• PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray, as required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Newly certified HHAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Drive the client using the client’s vehicle when required by the care plan.
