We are hiring Caregivers/HHA/PCAs to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Cincinnati, OH and the surrounding area.

Hours: Weekends ONLY

• One Patient at a Time
• Earn PTO while working 32+ Hours

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

License Requirements

• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Skill Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently and in diverse home situations.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
