BrightStar Care is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide dependable, compassionate support to clients in their homes throughout Southside Columbus area.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with weekly direct deposit. We offer flexible hours, 20–40 hours weekly, day and evening assignments, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in home care, home health, or related caregiving field.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation is needed.
• Able to complete background and drug screening.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

BrightStar Care is currently seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide dependable, compassionate support to clients in their homes throughout Southside Columbus area.

We are looking for caregivers who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can provide quality care while working independently.
