Job summary

The Cypress of Hilton Head is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time or PRN roles in our Home Health Department. You will provide in-home personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients with dignity and empathy.

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active SC CNA license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing/home health experience.
• CPR certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility.
• Offer emotional encouragement and support to clients.
• Observe and report changes to Nurse Case Managers.
• Maintain a safe, dignified home environment and build trust.

The Home Health Department at The Cypress of Hilton Head is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are actively looking for a compassionate, reliable, and skilled CNA to join our team. Part-Time (PT) or PRN positions are available offering competitive wages.

Status: Part Time or PRN

Salary:

• Starting at 19.00
• Shift Differential Rate
• Weekends Differential Rate

Shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and shift differential pay.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed
• 1-year nursing experience
• CPR Certificate

Preferred: 1 Year of Senior Living Experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate personal care to clients in their homes
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility
• Support clients with compassionate and emotional encouragement
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Nurse Case Managers
• Help create a safe, comfortable and dignified home environment
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
