Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home patient care. Responsibilities include carrying out the physician-advised plan of care and using mobile devices to document care and communicate with the care team.

Applicants must hold a state home health aide certificate or CNA registration where employed and have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following requirements: 1) have a minimum of one year full time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility); or 2) have one year experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
