Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified CNA to provide patient care in home health settings. You will deliver direct care tasks as ordered by the physician and maintain required documentation and safety standards.

The role requires a valid CNA license, a current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Prior experience in home health or hospital/nursing facility care is valued, with opportunities for continuing education and growth within a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year full-time direct client care experience in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or in home health/hospice in the last 5 years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Must possess a valid state driver license and maintain automobile liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following requirements: 1) have a minimum of one year full time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility); or 2) have one year experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• May demonstrate an active willingness to learn the required skills in lieu of existing technology skills.
