Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking dedicated aides to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will perform routine patient care tasks under physician plans, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for clients in their homes.

Ideal candidates have a year of direct care experience or current CNA/Nurse Aide registry status, along with CPR certification and basic mobile device skills to document care promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting or home health/hospice in the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

To provide patient care related services and tasks as ordered by the physician in the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following requirements: 1) have a minimum of one year full time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility); or 2) have one year experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• May demonstrate an active willingness to learn the required skills in lieu of existing technology skills.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
