Job summary

Associated Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team across Massachusetts. We offer flexible schedules for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles, with training provided. As a PCA/HHA/HMK, you’ll assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, mobility support, companionship, and transportation.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; background checks are mandatory. CNA/HHA certification is a plus, training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• HHA certificate or CNA license preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
