Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient laundry and light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide friendly medication reminders and ensure timely administration.
• Assist patients with ambulation and mobility.
• Guide patients through range of motion exercises and simple activities.
• Take and record patient temperature and vital signs.
• Provide hands-on bathing assistance and feeding support when required.
• Maintain patient safety and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Keep thorough documentation and follow care protocols.
• Uphold privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer meaningful companionship including reading and letter-writing.

What We're Looking For:

Altra Home Health is seeking caring and dependable professionals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA). In this role, you'll provide essential personal care that supports the daily needs, comfort, and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient laundry when needed.
• Provide friendly medication reminders.
• Help ensure patient safety at all times.
• Promptly report significant changes in a patient's condition to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Support patients with ambulation.
• Guide patients through range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Keep thorough documentation and follow all care protocols.
• Uphold privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer hands-on bathing assistance.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide meaningful companionship, including letter-writing and reading.

Requirements:
