Altra Home Health is seeking caring CNAs and HHAs to provide essential in-home care, supporting daily living, safety, and comfort for our patients in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, monitor health changes, document care accurately, and communicate with supervisors.

A valid license, CPR certification, and the ability to read instructions are required; prior CNA/HHA experience is preferred.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided.
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be hired as Home Health Aides and will perform the same essential job functions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient laundry when needed.
• Provide friendly medication reminders.
• Help ensure patient safety at all times.
• Promptly report significant changes in a patient's condition to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Support patients with ambulation.
• Guide patients through range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Keep thorough documentation and follow all care protocols.
• Uphold privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer hands-on bathing assistance.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide meaningful companionship, including letter-writing and reading.
