UnitedHealth Group, Idaho Home Health and Hospice, is seeking an Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and accompanying clients to appointments, while maintaining client dignity and independence.

The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; CPR certification is preferred and 6+ months of home care experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• CPR certification (preferred) or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
