Right at Home Boston NW provides compassionate in-home care for seniors across towns in MA. Join our team as a Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver, delivering non-medical support in clients’ homes, with shifts from 3 to 12 hours and a pay rate of $18–$21/hour.

We offer flexible schedules, paid sick time, health and dental options, a 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and on-call RN support to help you succeed and grow in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Have reliable, consistent transportation.
• Pass a full employment background check.
• Communicate in English (written and verbal).
• HHA certificate preferred but experience counts!

Responsabilités

• Provide a variety of non-medical services that allow our elderly clients to stay in their homes.
• Help elderly clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.
• May provide safety assistance with showering, personal care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, dementia care, housekeeping, and companionship to our elderly.
• You don’t have to be a gourmet chef, but you may prepare or assist with preparation of basic meals for your elderly client.
• May run errands, take your elderly client to appointments, and provide companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, games, cards etc.
• Will be awake and alert even on overnight shifts to assist our elderly clients.

Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver Pay: $18-21 per hour

Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver Shifts: ALL shifts available from 3 to 12 hours.

Shifts available in these towns: Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Lexington, Littleton, Lincoln, Lowell, Tewksbury, Westford, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn, MA.

Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver Qualifications:
