Job summary

Right at Home in Acton, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs and Personal Care Assistants to join our award-winning caregiving team. Shifts include mornings, days, overnights, part-time and full-time options in Acton and surrounding towns.

You will support seniors with daily activities, mobility, meals, hygiene, and companionship, while receiving training, RN support, and a friendly, inclusive work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, meal prep, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable Transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Home Health Aide certification is required.
