Our company is looking to hire compassionate, dependable, respectful, and patient HHAs to work live-in cases on Long Island. Responsibilities include preparing light meals, light housekeeping, overseeing and supervising seniors to ensure safety, and assisting with daily living tasks to help seniors remain in their homes. Candidates must be reliable, caring, and experienced.

What You’ll Do and Who You Are:

Your training will teach you everything you need to succeed. However, the following skills are preferred from the start:

• Honest, energetic, approachable, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Positive attitude with pride in your work, able to cope under pressure, and thrive on challenges.
• Willingness to assist with eating, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry, and household chores.
• Capability to prepare meals and work around a kitchen.
• Assist clients with medication reminders, prescribed exercises, dementia care, and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.

Must Haves:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid HHA, CNA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Driver's license (no car required).
• 6 months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare settings.
