The Willows of Ramsey Hill, part of Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, is a 58-bed memory care community in St. Paul. We are hiring an On-call Home Health Aide to join our Nursing team, providing personal care, support, and delegated nursing services to residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medications as delegated, recording vital signs, and promoting dignity and comfort. Per diem, various shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to read/write English.
• Preferred Minnesota CNA/HHA/PCA certification.
• Experience with older adults in care settings is a plus.

The Willows provides a warm, supportive environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss, with a strong focus on dignity, independence, and person-centered care.We are currently hiring an **On call Home Health Aide (HHA)** to join our Nursing team at The Willows of Ramsey Hill. In this role, you will provide compassionate personal care and delegated nursing services while building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their comfort, safety, and quality of life.**Wage:** $19.00-$21.50/hr. **Schedule: (ANY)**Day Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm, PM Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, NOC shift: 10:30pm-7:00am### **What You’ll Do*** Assist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotions* Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care* Support ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using assistive devices and safe body mechanics* Offer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devices* Provide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RN* Assist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN)* Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when needed* Record and report vital signs and resident concerns promptly* Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities* Use dementia care techniques including validation and redirection* Assist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapists* Maintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry* Ensure proper organization and stocking of medical and household supplies### **What We’re Looking For*** At least 18 years old* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English* Commitment to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays* **Preferred:** CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Minnesota* **Preferred:** Experience working with older adults in hospital, nursing home, or home care settings* **Preferred:** Prior medication administration experience\"At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
