Job summary

Paramount Home Health Care LLC in Dade City, Florida seeks a dependable, compassionate home health aide to provide one-on-one total care for a female client. This part-time role offers approximately 20 hours per week across four days, with weekend coverage.

You will follow the client’s Plan of Care, monitor condition, assist with positioning, administer medications as ordered, document care, and communicate about the patient’s needs.

Schedule:

• Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday
• 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 5 hours per day | 4 days per week | Approximately 20 hours per week
