Job summary

Brookings Health System in Brookings, SD is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide/Homemaker to support nursing staff by providing in-home patient care and homemaking tasks. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and respond to patient needs under supervision.

Experience in home health or hospice is preferred; CNA certification is a plus but not required. A valid driver's license is required to travel to patient homes.
