Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to clients in the Lock Haven area on a per diem basis, with potential for consistent part-time and full-time hours based on availability.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commute times, a supportive work environment, scholarship programs, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Prior direct care experience is preferred; training programs are available during the application process.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable direct care experience (hospital, nursing home, or home care).
• HHA training program available for those not meeting experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks (laundry, meal prep, bed making).
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Transfers and ambulation support, use of mechanical lifting devices as needed.
• Medication assistance as directed.
