Job summary

Visiting Angels Charlotte is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide daily living support in clients' homes in the Charlotte area. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe transfers, while delivering compassionate companionship.

Qualifications include a minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Friendly, clear communicator who respects client dignity and confidentiality.
• Dependable and detail-oriented— able to notice and report small changes.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care – assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Nutritious Meal Prep – cook simple, balanced meals and monitor hydration.
• Safe & Tidy Home – light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks.
• Meaningful Companionship – provide conversation, games, and escort to outings.
• Errands & Transportation – drive clients to appointments, groceries, and other activities.
