Silver Lining Home Healthcare is hiring CNAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care in the Dover area, offering one-on-one personal care and companionship in clients' homes or facilities. We tailor care plans to each client's needs, including transitions from hospital to home or short companionship visits.

We offer a sign-on bonus, paid time off, in-service training, and opportunities for advancement through our Zingage program. Positions include both full-time and part-time live-in options.

Qualifications

• Must follow Plan of Care and infection control procedures.
• Able to operate a Hoyer lift and assist with transfers.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
