Job summary

Silver Lining Home Healthcare seeks CNAs and HHAs for live-in and in-home care in the Wilmington area, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship. The company has served Delaware families since 2013 and is growing, offering flexible schedules and a $500 referral bonus.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, operating a Hoyer lift, light housekeeping, meal prep, infection control, and protecting client privacy.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting.
• Able to lift, position, transfer, and operate a Hoyer lift.
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care.

We're hiring for CNAs and HHAs for live-in opportunities to provide in-home care in the Wilmingtonand surrounding area, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship in a client's home, a hospital, a nursing home, or a rehab center.

We tailor every care plan to the client's needs, whether they're transitioning home from the hospital or simply need companionship for a few hours a day.
