Good Shepherd Campus seeks a part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) for the Becker Campus to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, and basic exercise under RN supervision while documenting meds in EMAR.

The role emphasizes compassionate care in a resident-focused environment with generous benefits and a supportive team.

Formación

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or provide a 75-hour Nursing Assistant certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and light exercise.
• Assist with medication administration under RN supervision.
• Accurately document medication administration in EMAR.
• Report changes in resident condition to the RN promptly.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
