BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. No experience? BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

1. Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
2. Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if working an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month period.
3. Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
4. $500-$2000 referral bonuses

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency, hospital, or facility, OR nursing students who have completed their clinical rotations.
• Training can be provided if you do not meet these qualifications!
