Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, and ensure safety and comfort in daily living.

Experience is helpful but not required. We value dependability, responsible attitude, and the ability to work with a care team. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and supportive teamwork.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment

• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
