Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and overall well‑being.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep), providing companionship, monitoring changes in condition, assisting mobility with equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts), light housekeeping, and protecting client privacy under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• No certification required.
