Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to support clients at home. No certification required, experience in patient care is helpful but not necessary; attitude and responsibility matter most.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, assist mobility with equipment, and perform light housekeeping. We prioritize safety, confidentiality, and a respectful home environment.

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment

• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping

• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
