Job summary

The Wyndmoor of Castleton in Indiana is seeking a compassionate HHA/CNA to assist seniors with daily activities and report changes to the supervising nurse.

You will engage residents with dignity, support activities of daily living, and collaborate with a professional care team to ensure safe, respectful care. Prioritization, organization and strong English communication are essential. Shift diffs and additional pay for pickups may be available.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
