Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide with a car to assist individuals in their PA homes, helping maintain independence, safety, and comfort. Prior patient care is helpful but not required; we value the right attitude and responsibility.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes, aiding mobility, light housekeeping, and confidentiality in care. Weekly pay and flexible schedules accompany supportive team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable and patient caregiver.
• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Able to maintain client independence and safety at home.
• Honest, trustworthy and respectful of privacy.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• No certification required
