CareBuilders at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide front-line in-home care for clients in Ohio. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• On-the-job training or certification for Home Health Aides is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Monitor clients' health status and report changes to the supervisor.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
