CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for clients in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping to help clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years experience as a Home Health Aide.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the supervisor.
