Job summary

Executive Home Care of South Tampa is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential in-home personal care across our client base. Early morning shifts Monday to Friday, with options for the right candidate to advance within the team.

You will support clients with daily living activities, mobility, companionship, and health monitoring while following care plans in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Companionship and social interaction with clients.
• Health monitoring: document care provided and notable observations.
