Job summary

Adept Access Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support elderly adults in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, and help with appointments through our tech-enabled care app.

We value reliability and bilingual abilities as a plus, with steady scheduling and 24/7 support to ensure both clients and caregivers feel secure in their roles.

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least two shifts weekly with the same clients.
• Basic English-speaking, reading, and writing skills required.
• Professional references: at least one reference.
• Tech-savvy: able to use our care app on iOS or Android.
• Compliance: pass background check and follow regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
• Offer medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• Availability: Work at least two shifts weekly with the same clients
• Skills: Basic English-speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual or multilingual is a plus)
• Professional Reference: At least one reference is required
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use our care app on a compatible iOS or Android device
• Compliance: Adhere to federal, state, or local regulations and pass a background check

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following skills and experience are a plus:

• Knowledge of first aid procedures and mobility assistance
• Familiarity with medication administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Background in nursing, social work, or home/community care
