Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes, helping maintain independence while ensuring safety and comfort.

Experience in patient care is helpful but not required; the right attitude and responsibility are valued. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, companionship, monitoring changes, mobility aid, and light housekeeping. We offer health insurance, weekly pay, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment

• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
