Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Monitor and report changes in client health status to nursing staff

Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements

Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed

Help clients with mobility and exercises to promote physical health

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate with a caring attitude towards clients

Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs
