Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest in Lexington, MA is seeking Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join an award-winning team. We offer flexible shifts, including mornings, days, and overnights, with both part-time and full-time options.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. AHA certification or HHA certificate is required; English proficiency and reliable transportation are a must; background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Home Health Aide certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
• Assist with light housekeeping and reminders for medications when appropriate.
