Job summary

Home Instead is looking for qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care across Palm Beach County, FL. If you hold a valid HHA certificate and want to deliver one-on-one support in clients’ homes, we want you on our team. W2 employer offering comprehensive benefits and overtime.

Shifts include daytime, weekday and weekend options, 4–12 hours, full-time or part-time. Mileage reimbursement and 24/7 support are provided, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of significant caregiving experience and current CNA or HHA certificate.
• Valid USA driver’s license and vehicle with auto insurance in your name.
• Willing to drive your client to appointments and shopping; mileage reimbursement.
• Willing to accept shifts 4 hours or more in Boca, Delray, Boynton, and nearby areas.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bring strong references from past jobs.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation with clients.
• Assist with activities, mobility, stand-by, and daily living.
• Meal preparation and bathing support.
• Medication reminders.
• Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping.

HHA - DAYTIME WEEKDAYS WEEKEND Hours to Fit Your Family Needs [4, 6, 8, 12hr Shifts]

We are hiring qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate openings across Palm Beach County. If you hold a valid HHA certificate from an approved Florida facility and are ready to provide exceptional care, we want to hear from you!

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour (W2 employer, pay range is inclusive of benefits and overtime).

We are a W2 employer and we will pay/file your taxes so you don't have to!

Start immediately in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach - Caregiver, HHA, CNA.

You will care for your clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing dedicated one-on-one support (rather than working in a facility).

• You can work daytime hours during the week and/or weekend
• At least 6 months of significant Caregiving Experience, current CNA or HHA certificate
• Valid USA drivers’ license & vehicle with auto insurance in your name
• Willing to drive your client, in your car, to their appointments and shopping - sometimes every day (you get mileage reimbursement)
• Willing to accept shifts, 4 hours or more, in Boca, Delray, Boynton, and potentially West Palm Beach areas
• Pass a criminal background check & drug test
