Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to join our in-home care team in Lake Worth, Florida. The role focuses on supporting daily living activities, mobility, meals and light housekeeping to enhance client comfort and independence.

Requirements include a CNA license or HHA certificate and a Level 2 background check. Palm Beach County badge for HHAs is preferred. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered to qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
  
  • Personal Hygiene

• • Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
• Providing hospice supportive care
  
  • Medication reminders
• • Assisting with exercises
• • Incontinence care
• • Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate (HHAs - Must have badge from Palm Beach County - no exceptions!)
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
• 1 letter of recommendation
