HealthFlex Home Health Services is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes, assisting with personal care tasks and providing companionship to promote comfort and well‑being.

We offer a competitive per-visit pay rate of $45–$50, mileage reimbursement, paid parking and bridge tolls. Benefits include health plans, PTO, 401K matching, Relias CEU access, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Must have current Home Health Aide certification.
• Must have current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care at clients' homes (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Offer companionship to support comfort and well‑being.
• Follow agency policies and maintain accurate documentation as required.

Position Summary

Home Health Aides (HHA) provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with personal care tasks such as but not limited to bathing, dressing, medication reminders as well as providing companionship to ensure clients’ comfort and well-being.

Compensation

We offer a competitive per-visit pay rate of $45–$50, aligned with industry‑leading compensation standards. Additional benefits include:

Compensation is based on several factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and current market data.
