HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice is hiring Home Health Aides to support clients in their own homes. You’ll assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication reminders while delivering compassionate companionship in a respectful, patient‑centered approach.

We serve communities across the San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, Central Valley, and the Greater Sacramento Area with flexible scheduling and a focus on work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide Certification.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Position Summary

Home Health Aides (HHA) provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders and providing companionship to ensure clients’ comfort and well‑being.

Compensation

We offer a competitive per‑visit pay rate of $45–$50, aligned with industry‑leading compensation standards.
