Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury in Shrewsbury, NJ, is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) for full-time and part-time roles. Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional assisted living and memory care in a beautiful senior living community.

You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence and dignity, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in assisted living, home care, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, personal hygiene).
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships and offer companionship to residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and community life.
• Observe and report changes in residents' well-being to the nursing team.
• Work closely with nurses and team members to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll make a meaningful difference every day by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
