*Pay starts at $20 / hour!
*This is a full-time position on 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).

The Home Health Aide (HHA) will provide assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, documenting care, and transporting residents. Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia and a willingness to work with the elderly are essential.

The CNA / HHA will:

• Assist with activities of daily living: grooming, hygiene, toileting, bathing, eating.
• Help with personal and household chores, errands, and delivering mail/newspapers.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and programs.
• Follow resident care plans diligently.
• Monitor residents for behavioral changes or medication reactions; report and document findings.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and environment hazards.
• Follow safety policies, maintain professionalism, and ensure confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Maintain continuing education credits as required.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
