Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
• Support with mobility and safety risks, and document care provided.
• Communicate with supervisors to ensure continuity of care.
