Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home personal care and support, under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role emphasizes observation, documentation, and promoting patient comfort in the home setting.

Ideal candidates will have a state-approved training background, be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate reliability and good reading/writing skills in English. Prior HHA/Nursing Assistant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Meets the state training requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their home.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
