Job summary

St. Raphael's Home Care Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide compassionate care in clients' homes in Hugo and Mora, MN. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vitals, and offering companionship, with a patient, reliable approach.

Flexible part-time hours with opportunities for advancement; starting pay around $18 per hour, with potential for more as the business grows. Must have a valid driver's license; CNA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Help patients with mobility issues to move safely around their homes.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medications.
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup.

St. Raphael's Home Care Services LLC is a small Christian run business located in North Branch, MN. We are looking for dedicated caregivers to help care for clients in their homes in HUGO and MORA, MN & surroundingareas. Both clients are 24 hour care clients. Looking for 12 our overnights. Daytime hours available as well.

We're hoping to grow our business with more clients, so there is an opportunity for more hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic medical care, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing companionship. This position requires a person who is patient, reliable, and knowledgeable about home health care. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and be able to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
