Executive Home Care of Hacienda Heights is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide direct and indirect personal care in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will follow plans of care, exercise safety measures, and document services accurately.

The role requires good communication with patients and staff, ability to handle body fluids safely, and meeting state qualifications. A supportive team and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred.
• Active HHA license preferred.
• Adequate health status to perform duties.
• Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste products.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
• Must meet personnel qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect personal care to patients in the home setting under RN supervision.
• Uses safety measures in care provision.
• Maintains communication with supervisor about patient condition.
• Delivers patient services as per plan of care (RN).
• Documents services provided accurately.
• Observes changes in patient condition and reports to supervisor.
• Submits required documentation timely and adheres to home health regulations.
