Executive Home Care of Hacienda Heights is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to assist patients in their homes across varied shifts. You will provide direct and indirect personal care under the supervision of a registered nurse, while maintaining safety and clear communication with the care team.

The role emphasizes compassionate support for individuals coping with medical conditions and age-related challenges.

Qualificações

HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
Active HHA license preferred.
Adequate health status to perform duties.
Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste.

Responsabilidades

Provides direct and indirect personal care to the patient in the home setting under the direction of a registered nurse
Utilizes safety measures in the provision of care.
Maintains effective communication with supervisor regarding patient’s condition.
Follows written assignment to deliver patient services developed by an appropriate health care professional. (RN)
Documents and submits accurate accounts of services provided.
Observes the patient for changes in condition and behavior and report to the supervisor.
Submits required documentation in a timely manner.
Adheres to the role of the Home Health Aide in the home setting as defined in state regulation.
