Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking 2-3 experienced Home Health Aides to serve Brown County, Ohio and surrounding areas. You will provide daily care, monitor health, and advocate for clients across multiple counties.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and ensuring adherence to ISP plans. We offer consistent schedules and opportunities to grow with training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience.
• Active certified DSPs, STNAs and CNAs with +1 year experience desired (or HHA/PCA with 2+ years paid experience).
• DSPs require a valid DoDD certificate within past 12 months and familiarity with Ohio DoDD rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene, mobility, and ADL assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support community integration and skill-building inside and outside the home.
