Qualifications

• Successful completion of a formal certification training program (CNA, STNA, HHA) or a written skills test.
• At least 1 year of paid home health or independent provider experience preferred.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities like bathing and dressing.
• Help manage medications under RN supervision.
• Document care and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
