Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demanded.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and home safety tasks.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor member health and report changes or concerns.
• Run errands and accompany to appointments as needed.
• Ensure safety and sanitary conditions; maintain a clutter-free environment.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
